She smiled softly as she gently brushed her finger across his cheek, his eyes still closed. She sat down in the chair across the room, and moved it so she was right next to him. She bit her lip, promising herself that she would be strong. "Hey..the doctor says..that you might be able to come home soon, but you need to get better, before that can happen. Riley says hi..she loves you, and she needs her Dad, just as much as her mom does." She said wiping her eyes slowly.

Jude broke down just watching him lay there, as the machines around her beeped.
