Never Enough
It's never enough,
To place my heart,
In the palm of your hand.

They were falling apart and he could do nothing but sit back and watch. No matter how much he tried to prove his love, to him it was never enough.
The constant fighting, the yelling over petty things, the accusations of him cheating, it was too much.
He didn't know how this happened. How they went from loving smile to a fake and false smile.
Was it he who changed it, or did his heart just change? He needed to know; he wanted to know.
Why was his love not good enough? Why isn't it ever enough?
Herry was washing the dishes, when he heard the door shut.
"Hey Hun how was your day?" Herry questioned.
Archie looked at him and glared "it was fine, like normal"
Herry smiled "that's great" but it soon died on his lips, when the door slammed soon after, it was like every other day. No matter what he did it was never enough; so he just didn't try anymore.
Herry sighed and took off his apron, and hung it up on one of the hangers in the kitchen. He mine as well take a walk like usual.
So he put on his boots, and walked out into the mid summers night air and he breathed in and sighed, then began to walk towards the park.
He liked the park at night it was always empty. A great place to think, and no doubt he needed to think.
He strode along; his eyes gazed at the stars. He looked back down when he got to the gates; he stared in front of him and stopped.
His heart skipped right out of his chest and he could feel the heavy heated pricks in the back of his eyes.
Before him stood the man of his every fantasy, his lover up until now.
Instead of his arms around him, they were wrapped around another.
Instead of his lips on his they were placed upon her.
Instead of him whispering 'I love you' in his ear, it was said in hers.
Atlanta.
Herry hadn't noticed that tears had cascaded down his cheeks.
Why wasn't his love enough, he loved with his whole heart, how can anyone ask for more.
He saw them walk towards the entrance and stop when they saw him.
"Herry?" said Atlanta as if she didn't know "you told him right?" she said looking up at Archie, but he didn't respond, instead all he did was look at him.
"It's……..Never enough………Is it?" he said Turning around and walking away. He could hear Atlanta shout his name after him, but he didn't turn around, he just kept walking.
"It'll never be enough" he thought as he stared up the starry sky.
A/N: I must say if someone ever loved me with their whole heart I wouldn't cheat on them - -. So anyway what do you think?
