Prologue: The beginning of The Beginning.
The War was over.
Three weeks before Harry Potter's graduation Voldemort attacked. Harry stood on the steps of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with the sword of Griffindor in hand and his closest allies by his side. First, his first and closest friends, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger, Neville Longbottom, and Luna Lovegood. Albus Dumbledore, Remus Lupin and Severus Snape, who after being discovered as a spy, spent the last year and a half preparing Harry for the battle. Arthur, Molly, Bill, Charlie, Fred, George, Ginny and surprisingly Percy Weasley, who had started that fight with his father to gain Fudge's trust so her could spy on the Ministry for the Order. And most surprising of all, Draco Malfoy (who had defected to the side of Light to get revenge on Lucius for killing his mother when he refused the Dark Mark), Blaise Zanbini, Pansy Perkinson, Crabbe and Golye.
Using an ancient spell, Harry was able to send Voldemort's soul into the netherworld by bringing another back to the world of the living, Sirus Black's life was saved.
But, that is nether here nor there. Our story is that of one Mister Ronald Weasley. For while Harry Potter had fulfilled his destiny, Ronald had let to discover his.
