I own nothing. Jack and Jamie belong to dreamworks, do you wanna build a snowman belongs to Disney.
Do you wanna build a snowman? (Jack frost and adult Jamie version)
it had been sixteen years since jack frost became the guardian of fun; and the mischievous winter spirit was back in his home town of burgress Pennsylvania to spread snow. flying up to a familar window of a familiar house, Jack was happy to see the form of his first believer sitting at a desk, typing on a computer.
"Jamie!" Jack called out, tapping on the window pane before starting to sing;
do you wanna build a snowman?
come on let's go and play.
we'll have a snowball fight for only two.
just like we used to do.
it's like you've moved away!
we used to be best buddies,
and now we're not.
i wish you would tell me why!
do you wanna build a snowman?
it doesn't have to be a snowman!
"jamie, could you come here for a moment?" called a female voice.
"coming soph!" jamie replied, getting up from the desk and leaving the room.
"okay bye!" jack called before flying sadly away from the window.
the next winter, Jack returned to Jamie's house to try and coax his friend outside to play;
do you wanna build a snowman?
or take a sleigh ride to the park?
I've come all the way from sandy's place,
to put a smile on your face.
don't leave me hanging in the dark!
(come on kiddo!)
it's gotten really lonely,
most days are the same.
waiting for you to call my name!
another year passed before one cold winter day, jamie (now 28 years old) was clearing off his desk when behind a pile ofpaper he found the drawing of the sleigh ride jack took him on that easter. Gently peeling the drawing off of the wall, jamie went to the window and opened it.
"jack!" jamie called;
Please! I know you're out here.
Im sorry for ignoring you like I've been.
you always said have courage, and I'm trying to.
i really still believe in you.
just come on in!
We'll always have each other!
together you and me!
there's nothing we can't do!
Do you wanna build a snowman?
when no jack appeared, jamie walked away from the window, "fine, i get the jist," he sighed, placing the picture on his desk and sitting back down at his computer. the last light was startled by a cold breeze ruffling in through the still open window;
" excuse me but, is that snowman offer still avalible?" said a familiar somewhat mischevious, slightly sarcastic voice.
"Jack!" Jamie exclaimed as two friends embraced.
there have been many great friendships across the years; but no friendship was as great nor as magical as the one between the immortal guardian of fun and the children's author from burgress pennsylvaina.
the end.
