When I was little
I remember well
The day I met you
That's something to tell
I swear my heart skipped a beat
When I stared at your face
It took my heart awhile
Before it went to a normal pace
Your eyes deeper than sorrow
Talent swift as wind
And your smile so dastardly
I swear it was devil send
But as glorious as you are
You stand afar from the rest
I never understood why
You were so distant
So sad
My heart is calling to you
I can hear it scream
Yet you walk into the darkness
To do what you set to do
Please don't walk away from me
I love you too much
If you take another step
You might hear it crush
Now your in the shadows
Where I can't reach you
