Chapter 1 (sams pov)
Dear Sam,
Gone for a walk in the woods be back in about an hour,
I think I saw Shelby as a human.

And that's how my life started turning to hell. It was an oddly warm day when grace left. I thought nothing of it and went to work. When I returned later I realized how wrong I was. Grace was gone. All of her stuff, all of her books, clothes, soaps, u name it it was gone. Her parents havnt been home all day I could smell that by how mutch wolf I still have left. They haven't been back for a few days actually almost a week. There was only one thing left in her room. My copy of Rilke. Gosh I loved that book soo much I thought and I was worried so I called graces cell. It was not working. I went back down stairs and saw it smashed on the floor. I decided to go look for grace so I went to becks house to look first. When I got there I saw becks truck and tom culpeppers truck in its place yelling at cole to spill where beck was.
"tell me where the fuck he is or ill have u exposed!!! Ill tell the authorities that Sam Roth is hiding our very own Cole saint Claire of Narkotika right here in mercy falls!!!" Screamed Tom
" I don't care if u tell where I am!!! It wont fix anything!! Ur daughter will just hate you more and blame herself of killing jack more!!! So go ahead break ur daughters heart by taking me away!! Im the only person who she actually cares about anymore!!" screamed Cole back at him.
" will you two both just shut the fuck up!!!!!"I screamed in response. "no one fukking cares about narkotika anymore than they care about the fucking wolves in the woods!"
"stop! stop! all of u just stop!" isabel screamed from behind me and then she ran inside to becks house crying
