Author's Note/Disclaimer: For my first Hunger Games fanfiction I am going to hold a contest type thing. To enter, just fill out the information below about a character you create. I will pick one character and write them into the story. They won't be the main character, but pretty close. Make sure to submit your entry as a review NOT a personal message. The winner will appear in about chapter three or four, so you will still have time to submit an entry after I actually start the story.
