Stage 1:
"I call the Shinigami Women's Association to order!" Vice President Nanao Ise began, pounding her hand on the desk.
The many female Soul Reapers stared at Nanao as she showed them a piece of paper.
"What is that, Nanao?" asked Rangiku Matsumoto, lieutenant of Squad 10.
"It is a list of potential bachelors for Rukia Kuchiki's Dating Service, which we have been supporting her with. However, we may only select one bachelor for this project," Nanao explained, "we cannot afford to be humiliated by the Shinigami Men's Association!"
The Dating Service Project had started three weeks ago. Rukia Kuchiki had elected to take charge of the project. The plan was simple. They pick one male Soul Reaper from a list Nanao had and once a week, that person would go out with one of the members of the SWA. (minus Yachiru because of her young age)
Once that part of the project was done, the female Soul Reapers would then review each date and see which woman that person would most likely be compatible with. It was not a hundred percent accuracy, but it would at least be fun for the women. That is...
...until the Shinigami Men's Association came and started causing problems for them.
The President of the Shinigami Men's Association, Tetsuzaemon Iba, had confronted Nanao and had heard about the Dating Service Project and decided to have a little wager.

'How about a little bet, Nanao?' Tetsuzaemon said.
'What kind of bet?' Nanao replied.
'I pick a man for your project, and see how far this goes.'
'What do you mean by that?'
'10,000 yen says that he'll go though you ladies and not bother picking one of his expectations.'
Nanao glared, 'I accept that. If he does pick someone, you must not only give us the money, but, you must be our slave for a week.'
Tetsuzaemon smiled, 'You got yourself a deal. Also, the person I pick must choose a lady by the end of April, which is two months away.'
'The Shinigami Women's Association will not lose, Iba. Count on that.'
Iba smirked, 'Nor will we.'

Nanao sighed as the girls were still talking about. Yachiru Kusajishi bouncing about. Kiyone Kotetsu nibbling on cookies. Isane Kotetsu nervously stared at her sister. Nemu Kurotsuchi sat in her chair, not moving at all. Matsuri Kudo and Momo Hinamori were chatting away. Captain Retsu Unohana stared at her lieutenant, smiling at her, while Captain Soifon was admiring the stuffed black cat in her hands. Rukia was drawing Chappy the Rabbit in her dairy.
Suddenly, the door opened and there in the doorway...
...the women turned to see who it was.
"Tetsuzaemon said that he chose me for your dating project," the man said, annoyance in his voice.
The women all smirked, 'Looks like this'll be very easy.'
Even Nanao herself was smiling a bit. Whoever thought that Tetsuzaemon would bring him to them.
The male Soul Reaper standing at the door was none other than...
...Substitute Soul Reaper, Ichigo Kurosaki.
