A/N: Well my first fic. I don't care if you flame or not. It's most likely going to be really short.

B/N: Well, that's the whole point of it being a one shot dear, one shots are short, one chapter stories. (Jumps around) she's remembering to send me stories! I'm so happy! (Goes off to do her super beta thing but gets tangled in cape and falls over) I'm ok! I am OK! (Gets up, falls again then coughs and slinks away)

Rain poured form the sky. The grass and dirt were soggy and slippery. The clouds were the darkest gray one could imagine. The village was quiet. It was a sad day indeed. For one person who had never found love. Who had never let it in.

He never let anyone in, never let things get to complicated. Always made sure that he felt useful and not worthless, like he really was. He couldn't even stop her death. Right now he felt so hollow. The feelings that he had always felt. The villagers made sure of that. Always looking down upon him. Never seeing who he could be, who he really was. But she never made him feel that way. She always made him feel wanted and loved.

It had taken him years to finally understand. To finally see that she loved him. He was so stupid. So dense. Why couldn't he have seen it earlier, when she was still alive? When she was so full of life and vigor? But now she would never know. She would never see. He loved her too.

He set a bouquet of chives on the grave. The beautiful purple flowers seemed to glow in the dark of the weather. He had never known her favorite flower so he settled for something that reminded him of her. The chives were unusual and rare in Konoha. They were a beautiful light purple mixed with a bit of red making them look like a darker purple. He slowly walked away, his tears mixing with the rain.

Hyuuga Hinata

D.I.A

Fought bravely for her country

Beloved friend

As Naruto's retreating form disappeared an odd wind blew through the grave site. A young woman appeared next to the grave site. She had long black/purple hair and watery purple eyes. She wore a long elegant white dress. The rain that poured relentlessly seemed to stop around her.

"Naruto-kun," she whispered.

Naruto stopped. He thought he had heard something. Turning around he briefly saw a woman dressed in white standing over Hinata's grave. But she disappeared before he could confirm it. Turning back around he continued on back to his village.

B/N: Oh even I liked that one! Very nice, though I do think you readers should pester her for more chapters! (runs off and crashes into a wall)
