Tree of beauty and splendor
Holds fast against evil
Not a chaste wind will bend her
Leaves float about
Suspended in air
A symbol of strength
No, the tree doesn't care
For inside its great branches
Resides a new home
For the birds and their kin
Where new life it will roam
The very next morning
Shielded from the harsh sun
Sit a girl and her dog
For her, he's the one

For inside he's human
Lest his demon side fall
The ears of the dog
The face of a man
Yet he wears it well

The night of full moon
