It was a serene night in the plains of Japan. A rag-tag group sat quietly in the dark, only a pale sliver of moonlight illuminating their faces. Jessie was snoring quietly in James's shoulder while that talking cat that no one cares about was licking his paws in a patch of grass nearby, mumbling complaints under his breath. A wavering voice was emanating from the bushes, whispering the names of various Pokemon, but James was too distracted with the rhythmic sound of Jessie's breathing to notice. He thought he caught a glimpse of rainbow hair poking through the leaves, but Jessie stirred slightly just then and he put it out of his mind. He shifted out of her way as she awoke and stretched, tucking a strand of red hair behind her ear.
"You let me sleep through my watch?" she questioned after a long yawn.
"You were too pretty to wake." he smiled, wrapping his arms neatly around her. She swatted at him playfully. He chuckled and ran a hand through the lavender strands of his hair.
"JUST KISS HER ALREADY. GEEZ! I'VE BEEN WAITING IN THESE STUPID BUSHES ALL NIGHT FOR HER TO WAKE UP, EXPECTING TO SEE SOME KISSING ACTION WHEN SHE DID! SERIOUSLY GUYS. DON'Y MAKE ME GO READ SLASH FICTION, BECAUSE I WILL." The couple stared at the wild eyed stranger with confusion.
"Also, you guys are super awesome." she added cutely.
"Um, who-" Jessie mumbled.
"Kiss. NOW." The stranger gave no fricks that day.
The couple complied, not willing to face further wrath from the teen before them. Wen they pulled away, they were both blushing madly. The stranger gaped, and then seemed to re-gain some sort of happy composure. Smiling, she hopped onto her pet dolphin and rode away into the anime sunset screaming,
"THE HILLS ARE ALIVE WITH THE SOUND OF GERMAN." while a middle-aged man sang Gonna Catch 'em All while folding a colorful balloon animal. The cat that shall not be named exploded and that thingy on his head fell of and rainbows shot out and the man who invented stairs came out and was coven an award. He was really proud of himself. Lady GaGa ran after the stranger singing her hit song "Edge of Glory."
Somewhere near by, Ash felt a disturbance in the force.
