Disclaimer: I do not own Easter, or Naruto.
Notes: Just a small drabble to fill the loneliness of my time, and I know Easter sis a holiday but let's just put that thought out of our minds ok?
Sasuke was a cute boy of 7, he had spiky black hair ivory skin and dark eyes, many of the girls his age, and some older, would swoon over him. But he only liked one.
Hinata was just plain adorable with her pale lavender eyes that would shine with gentleness and her pale skin that would become pink whenever she would blush, and her short Pigment Indigo hair.
But the thing that made her stand out more than any other girl in his class was the fact she was quiet. She wouldn't send him little heart cards saying she loved him, she wouldn't tell him about what's going to happen when they get married…not that they were going to get married, at least Sasuke didn't think so.
He liked her, and even though he was the 'IT' boy in their class he knew she never spared more than a glance and a small 'Hi Sasuke' to him before she would turn to the blonde idiot in front of her.
Sasuke would watch her whenever he could, he would watch her train in the school grounds and see her get up and try again and again even when she knew she couldn't do something. He liked that.
He watched her out the corner of his eye as she would gently chew on the tip of her pencil when she's thinking hard, or when she day dreaming her beautiful eyes would glaze over and shine brightly with happiness.
He wanted to know what she was dreaming of.
Today was Easter and he was given big chocolate eggs by everyone of his fan girls, he had to stop his left eye from twitching, and now as he looked in his bag he knew he couldn't eat all of them alone.
Noticing he was the only one left in the school hallways he had a sudden idea, walking down the steps he went around the brown wooden building to the training grounds.
He knew she would be there, she always was, and so not to scare her away he waited for as few moments, he watched her continuously hit the hard pole before stopping.
Stepping he made himself known, "Hinata," he called out to her, seeing her jump from being startled he walked over to her.
He was face to face with her and something inside his chest swelled, his cheeks became pink so he looked down at the ground while she watched him with curiosity.
"I-I was wondering," he said as he drove his hand into his black backpack and grabbed an egg out, "If you would like this, you know for Easter." He whispered just barely looking at her.
But what he did see made him become much braver and happier, Hinata was blushing, "I-I don't know w-what to say." She whispered as she gracefully took the egg and handled it with care.
Standing straight he looked at her and gave her a rare small smile, "Don't think any thing of it. I should go you might want to get back to your training." He said and ran off after hearing a small 'thank you' from the small girl.
He wouldn't give Hinata one of the eggs his freak fan girls had given him, no she didn't deserve leftover's she should have more than that, but there was no way he was going to tell her he made that egg for her.
-
Hinata looked at the egg; she had never eaten it but had kept it in a box for 5 long years.
She couldn't help the little tear that slipped down her pale cheek when she heard Sasuke had left the village but at least she'll always have something to remember him by.
End.
It didn't turn out like I wanted it to, I feel like it's lacking something but oh well it wasn't meant to be perfect, just a drabble.
