Tyson Granger glared at the Russian before him.
"Don't you understand? You hurt Rei so badly he had to be kept in the hospital! What kind of a human would be indifferent to something like that! You're cruel, mean, horri--"
"You're right!" Tyson stopped his rant at the words that just came out of the lilac-haired Russian's mouth.
"W- what did you just say?" Tyson asked stuttering.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Bryan shouted, burying his face in his hands.
Silence. Tala, Spencer and Ian were staring at their teammate like he had grown another head, but knowing Boris, that idea wasn't that farfetched. They were staring at Bryan like he had just shaved his head and declared himself a monk and a pacifist.
"W-well, I guess it's alright then…" Tyson said awkwardly as he slowly back away and walked stiffly out of the room. Bryan laughing maniacally was normal. Bryan glaring was normal. Hell, even Bryan putting people into hospitals was normal. But seeing Bryan apologize… it just wasn't normal.
Silence. People were still staring at the Russian in horror, like all their beliefs had just collapsed before their eyes.
"I'm never eating croissants before bed ever again." Oliver whispered to a wide-eyed Johnny.
"What the hell was that?" Tala asked his teammate, his own voice slightly shaking.
Bryan lifted his head up, his face set in a big grin.
"Like it? It's called remorse without guilt."
