It was quite the day outside, birds chirping and sun was out, nothing could be better. I was out on my daily stroll through the neighborhood, when out of the corner of my eye, I saw something shiny. After acquiring the diamond sword that fateful day in the alley, I figured anything to that effect could be a good sign.

I walked up to the shining object and picked it up, it seemed to be a gem of some sort, I could have sworn I'd seen it before. Suddenly, it started to glow brighter than it had been before, as if it was reacting to me. I looked around to see if I could find anyone who might have dropped it, but I realized I wasn't in Cali anymore… or anywhere that I recognized.

I was on a beach, none like I'd ever seen before. I looked around for anyone that could possibly be there. I then saw what looked like an anthropomorphic raccoon, standing on two legs and wearing clothes. I decided to approach the figure, nice and slow. When I approached, I assume it was a she, looked at me and yelled, "Crikey!" She ran off in the other direction, and I didn't dare follow, she was kind of a nut from what I could tell.

I walked the other direction in hopes that I didn't cross her again, but as my luck would have it, there she was, and with a friend. The friend saw the gem in my hand and asked, "Where did you get that?" I replied simply, "Found it." I could tell there was a little tolerance for smart guys on her face, much like other women I've run into. She told me, "You need to give that to me now." I said back, "Sorry but I've kind of grown attached to it." I had no intention of handing the gem over until I got an explanation. She gave no explanation, but did say, "I will give you one more chance to hand it over before I resort to extreme measures." I said, "I like extremes", then pulled out my sword and said, "Let's dance." She then summoned flames, surprising but not unexpected, I'd seen so much crap like this today already. She then said, " Your funeral, Mr. Johnson."

I had no idea how she knew my name. It was honestly mind blowing. I had no intention of letting my guard down to ask. It just so happens I know this character as well as she knows me. I played her games since I was 8. Her name is Blaze, Blaze the Cat.
