First Kiss
She kissed him.
She had actually took him by his gray jacket and kissed him so passionately that his piercing black eyes opened wide in the shock. Sakura. Kiba recovered and fell into step, wrapping his arms around her waist, kissing her back, and shut his eyes. Sakura had let him go to allow him to dominate the passion that burned between the two young leaf shinobi.
It had only been a few months since Naruto, the Leaf's number one knuckle head ninja had left the village in order to train with the legendary toad sage. Kiba being the loyal friend that he was, noticed that Sakura was feeling lonely now that both of her teammates had abandoned the village for the time being. Naruto was sure to come back one day, but as for her crush Sasuke there was no telling when that day might come. So Kiba took it on himself to be there for her when Ino couldn't.
Today was his day off and he decided to go over to Sakura's to see how she was doing. It had been about a month since he saw her due to their conflicting schedules of his missions and her training with the Hokage herself. He managed to get by her mother and reached Sakura's room where she was preparing for her day. The Hokage was busy, but she was going to go to the library to study.
Akamaru instantly came out of his jacket to greet Sakura with his small yaps. Sakura simply petted the puppy before picking him up. "So how have you been?" she had started the conversation with the dog handler. "How have your missions been coming along?"
Kiba simply titled his head to the side, shutting his eyes with his normal cool attitude. "They're coming." Kiba straighten up his head, opening his eyes in a half bored expression. "They've been nothing but lame D ranks lately." He pointed to himself. "Me and Akamaru could have handled them all by ourselves."
Sakura chuckled. "Always being the tough guy."
Kiba huffed. "It's the truth. I'd have a harder time not using my noise for the entire day."
"I see, well I'm sorry they've been so boring for you lately," Sakura said. "I was just about to head over to the library to study."
"Is all you do is study?" he asked. "You've got to lighten up sometimes and have some fun. Have you even tried to meeting anyone sense Sasuke and Naruto left?"
Sakura held Akamaru in her hands tighter, looking down sad. "No, I just want to be useful."
Kiba putted his hands on his hips. "You're plenty useful, Sakura. You know if you keep acting like this you'll never get your first kiss."
He didn't understand how those words led to what they were doing right now, but he liked it without a doubt. They finally broke their kissed and looked at each other. Sakura gazed at him sweetly. "Maybe you can show me how to lighten up?"
