chapter 1 - why ?
Rachel pulled her car sharply into her driveway and got out, shoving her car door closed a little harder than she usually did. Not wanting to think about why she'd done that, she collected her briefcase from the boot and hurried up to her front door, slammed the door shut once she got in just as her phone went, which made her really angry.
" hello rachel speaking " said rachel
" hello i'm looking for amanda fenshaw this is her mother amy speaking " said amy
" my mum ? i changed my name to rachel because of you know what happend " replied rachel
" well rachel i ' m coming over now should be there for about half - five it's rochadle you live in ? " anwsered amy
" no mum why ? why now ? you where on mel's side well guess what she's a bigmaist she is married to two people " replied rachel
" well i now know how she can be now let me come over" said amy
" well i dont want to see you BYE" said rachel
Rachel slammed down the phone and said why now? why now of all times ? she could have said this about a month ago she still wouldin't believed her ! just then she heard someone riging her doorbell she knew it was her mother and she knew she was going to get a lecture for slamming the phone down without speaking to her properly .
" mum what are you doing here i thought i told you not to come " said rachel
" oh amanda i'm sorry please just let me in we can talk this through " said amy
" you can come in on one conditon you now call me rachel " said rachel
" ok rachel then " said amy
