One More Adventure
Had it really been that long? He looked around, 11 others were approaching the same area as he was. There were 7 other boys and 4 girls. All were here for the same reason as he was. Some weird kid sent them this message.
A special message awaits you at the park.
And for some reason they all followed the person's instructions. Maybe it was just the prospect of another chance to see the friends taken away from them. Then something caught all of their eyes. Interestingly, that thing was each other. It had been 2 years since most of them had seen each other. Now they were all back together.
"I guess we should probably figure out what that person wanted us to see." A voice explained, possibly Joe's.
"Guess you're right." A different voice added, possibly Izzy's. They looked around the park for a good half hour before taking a break.
"Man, whoever is behind all of this is a really good hider." An entirely different voice responded, possibly Sora. A second later, a loud crack could be heard as everybody turned and saw Davis standing over a pile of rubble.
"What happened?" A second entirely different voice asked, potentially TK's.
"Well…" Davis explained as he looked at the others."I was examining this weird statue of an egg and accidently knocked it over." They all looked down at the rubble at Davis's feet. In it, laid a piece of paper.
Go back to the place to where this all began…
"Good job, Davis!" A third entirely different voice exclaimed, probably Kari.
"Indeed." Izzy added as they read the message over one more time.
"I guess that's where we have to go next then." A voice explained, possibly Cody's. They headed back towards the entrance to the park.
"But how are we going to get there?" A whiny voice shouted, obviously Mimi.
"We take the train." A much more optimistic voice said. He turned his head and noticed it was Ken who stated it.
"You're probably right." A second happy voice agreed, the voice definitely Yolei. They headed towards the train station. After buying their tickets, they got on the train and headed off. It took them another hour to get to their destination. Even then, they still had to walk a little bit to get to the summer camp. They had not said anything since they left the park, except for Mimi whining about walking. After walking for about 10 minutes, they reached the camp. By that point, the young digidestined allowed the older ones ahead to follow them. For the older digidestined, it felt so weird to be back here. The camp had been shut down due to the camp being in such disrepair. Most of the cabins were torn apart, but the cabin the older digidestined stayed in six years ago still stood. There was no snow this time. On the bluff that lay in front of that cabin, stood a young man. He looked to be around 5'8 and 23 years old. He wore a cream-colored hooded cloak with a blackish brown cloth outline sewed on.
"Gennai!" An extremely happy voice shouted, definitely Matt. They all ran over to their old friend, giving hugs all around him.
"It has been awhile, my friends." Gennai explained as he looked at the digidestined."It's time…" They all held up their digivices.
"Digi-port open!" Tai shouted and they were all sucked up…
