A/N: So, this is an idea I had. Basically, the characters are drawn in into various video games.
Cleaning up was hardly anyone's idea of fun, but Percy considered it better than the other possible chores Annabeth and he could have been delegated including cleaning out the Basilisk nest or testing Chiron's music collection to make sure that it worked.
Plus, some of the stuff in the attic was cool. There was something called a Hewdraw Talon (he was sure his dyslexia was acting up, but no, it said Hewdraw instead of Hydra.)
Then, there was a ring that glittered like the sea and had this description on it: Whoever controls this ring controls the tide, and prevents his ship from ever facing danger. Or at least it said so on the journal on the sunken ship where it was found.
Percy though turned his attention to something else. "Hey, a Nintendo 3DS. What's it doing here?"
He opened the lid and naturally turned it on.
Just then the world went block. Percy had the faintest vision: Paralogue 12- Disowned By Time
Percy felt nauseous as if he had just gotten off a roller coaster.
"Seaweed brain..." an angry voice said next to him. "What did you do?"
Percy looked around to see Annabeth except she looked different, as if she had been pixelated.
IT was then that Percy glanced at himself and noticed that he two, looked like he had been made on a computer. His clothes were odd, and he was wearing a cape for some reason! He checked his reflection to see that he had blue hair and blue eyes.
'Blue hair and eyes, nice...' Percy thought.
Annabeth wasn't as happy. "What did you do? And how come none of us have feet?"
Percy glanced down. Indeed, he did not have feet. "I saw this Nintendo 3DS system. I touched it and I think we're in a game... Fire Emblem: Awakening."
"Great," Annabeth said. She began touching around and seemed to be able to access some controls.
"So you're calle Prince Chrom," she noticed. "And I'm called Annabeth." She then blushed. "It says here that we're married and have a daughter named Lucina."
"Yeah," Percy said with a tinge of red himself. "Can you get us out?"
"No," Annabeth replied. "I'm trying to bookmark it, but it says 'You cannot save until the level is complete.'"
Percy frowned. "So, we try to complete the level?"
"It says 'route the enemy' is the objective," Annabeth said.
"That mean we have to kill all the enemies," Percy said, which felt odd that he was explaining something to Annabeth instead of the other way around.
Percy looked around. They seemed to be in some place which was filled with white pillars. There were a lot of gaps through which there was water in-between.
Scattered in front of them were Risen, monsters that looked like zombies and had glowing red eyes.
In between them though, there was a lone figure who wasn't a zombie.
"Um, I think I remember this part of the game," Percy said. "That kid over there is our son."
Annabeth blushed harer. "What? How is he that tall?"
"They are from the future," Percy said. "Except he's from a different future and, okay, it doesn't make much sense."
"So, you've played this right?" Annabeth asked.
"Yeah," Percy said. "But you're our Tactician. Plus, I played on Casual and died a lot."
Annabeth stared at him blankly.
"There are two modes," Percy said. "Casual, and classic which is harder as death is permanent."
"Seaweed Brain, death is always permanent."
"No, like if you lose, in Classic your character is lost forever, so you can't sacrifice characters like chess pieces. Also, if either of us dies, it's simply game over."
A/N: So this is the first part. Thanks for reading. Also, once this is over next chapter, I plan on sending Leo Valdez into Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. If you have your own ideas, I'd be happy to listen to them.
