AN: Yay! New one-shot. I'm bored to death and don't feel like updating To Change the Past, To Save a Life (TCP,TSA). So I will procrastinate by writing a Christmas themed one-shot. May turn in to a two or three-shot.
Life & Christmas
Remus Lupin hated Christmas. Don't get me wrong, presents are awesome. But Christmas seemed to always fall on or near a full moon. Remus, for obvious, reasons hated and feared full moons. This year, for once wasn't. He was thankful. Maybe for once he could enjoy Christmas? Nah, not with Padfoot around!
Nymphadora Tonks lo- "DON'T CALL ME NYMPHADORA, NARRATOR!"-ved Christmas. Not to mention a certain someone. Of course, she was hoping for a normal Christmas at Number 12 Grimmald Palace, but she knew with her cousin Sirius around it would be impossible.
December 23
Tonks walked downstairs cautiously. After all, who knows what prank Sirius cooked up? Sirius was standing there "innocently" holding a hat. Well it's not a prank, but what is it then? She got her answer a few moments later when Sirius stood up during breakfast, hat in hand. "In this hat," Sirius announced well, rather seriously, "is the name of each order member. You will get a gift for whoever you draw." "Nymphie, why don't you go first?" An eye-roll later, she had Sirius's name in her hand. She knew exactly what gift to get him…
Remus wondered why Sirius would do this. Well, at least it'll be interesting. He grinned. He somehow managed to get his own name. He couldn't help it, he burst in to a fit of laughter. Soon Sirius, who had seen what name he drawn, was laughing his head of as well. Everyone stared, he didn't care after all, all he had to do was buy himself some chocolate. "Well, you have to buy a gift for whoever you draw, Remus. So it looks like you'll be buying yourself some chocolate." At this everyone burst into laughter. Maybe this Christmas wouldn't be so bad after all?
