Because you liked my other poem... I'm writing a new one. Here you go~ Its Poem Number 2~ And I attempted to rhyme at some points...

This is the tale of ancient lore

one about a certain core.

Seen only once before,

was this core,

and it was in the wrong hands.

He used it for great evil,

the destruction of beast and man.

The tyrant's name

made even powerful beasts cower.

He was greatly feared,

and with a good cause.

Any opposition

could lead to that ghost's trip to oblivion.

He was locked away,

and both humans and ghosts,

celebrated with glee.

It was Christmas day

And a truce was called.

So everyone could celebrate the king's downfall.

This celebration carried on for years and years,

and still goes on to this day.

But, they had forgotten

to record all his terror.

Most ghosts would stay away from this tower,

where the king lay.

But one ghost will make an idoitic mistake,

on his search for power, money, and fame.

He will free the king

and steal his treasure.

On search for the ring

that the king holds so dear

A boy's village, they will attack,

turn it upside down in the search.

The boy is special,

one of a kind.

Having a trait of the king and one of the fool.

He shall fight them off,

force them away.

But they will try to come back,

and fight another day.

The boy will know this,

he knows how it must end.

He shall fight thy king,

thinking it will be the end!

Free his city,

that he will do.

Both of grudges and ghosts,

and an evil king too!

Lock him away,

the Phantom will do so.

And stay in one piece.

This boy is strong,

in power and soul,

unlike the king,

whose heart's a black hole.

The reason he survived,

do you really want to know?

His unique core plays an important role.

His heart as pure as gold,

his being one with ice.

Thee Phantom is different,

the Phantom has power.

A core similar to thy defeated king,

shared with the heart of a human.

The boy shall become unstoppable,

and that can be a good thing

as long as he holds his humanity.

And doesn't go down a dark road...

I guess this could explain why Dan was so powerful... And it also explains the Christmas Truce! Yay!
