It's so dark... Mary's gone, you've been resting for a while, and I'm all alone. Will you please get up, Garry? I need your help out!

I'm at that painting again. It confuses me, as always. I'm kind of annoyed, Garry. You're taking too long. I can't figure out a word.

Now that I take a closer look, I think I see something important. It looks kind of like the gallery! Garry, come on! This must be out chance out!

I push my hand into it. It's watery, as if I'm putting my arm through water. Garry, isn't this what you've been waiting for? Why are you taking so long? I want you to be with me, Garry!

I hear footsteps coming down the hallway. I make out purplish hair and a torn up coat in the distance. Garry! You're finally here! Now we can leave together!

"Hi, Garry," I say, running up to hug you. You look pleased to see me. "I have a surprise for you. Look!" I stick my hand into the painting and grin. "We can make it out together!"

"Ib..." You're wearing a frown. Why are you frowning? We can make it out and go to a cafe and get coffee and macarons, just like you said we would! "Ib..." you say again. Now, I'm frowning too. Garry? "That world... Now that we've been here for a while, it looks kind of boring, don't you think?" My eyes open wide.

"Garry! We've spent all the time we were down here trying to make it back up! Garry, that's kind of stupid." You blush, holding your hands up with a look of defeat. You are smiling, though.

"I was just wondering... What if we stayed here for a while? You could always make it back; this painting's not going anywhere!" I think about that for a while.

"I know I'M not going back now," you say, crossing your arms. "Please, stay with me Ib!"

I smile and take your hand. "Okay, but is there a cafe here? I'm starving!" We both smile. I like it when you smile. You look cute.

We walk off, alone. "We're gonna have a great time, Garry!" I say, grinning. I put my hand in his. I know we're gonna have lots of fun, Garry! We're gonna get macarons, and we're gonna play together, and I'm gonna visit my mom and dad when I want to! You were right; if this place is as good as you say it is (and you would never lie to me), then I'd like to stay here as long as possible!

I look up at you and smile. You smile back, but I see the hint of an evil smile in your face. I think about that for a second, but brush it off.

And together we walk, together into our own little Fabricated World.

A/N: Yay! A new genre! :) I just recently heard about Ib and watched a playthrough of it online. I fell in love with Garry... Anyways, sorry it's so short. I felt like I couldn't make it too elaborate due to Ib's nine-year old mind. :) She just went with Garry, because Garry is Garry.

If you squint REAL HARD, you'll find why this is angst.

By the way, the only ending I've gotten while playing was 'Promise of Reunion', so this may be different. It's just how I see it. :)

Rose :)
