It has been 20 years since the events of Super Paper Mario. The Void, now a portrait owned by Mimi to use as a weapon of mass destruction, has been locked into a safe. Dimentio is now in jail. The count and Tippi are back to their original forms. Nastasia has moved to Luigi's old mansion in the Mushroom Kingdom. But Mimi and O'Chunks are still at war. O'Chunks caused earthquakes and volcanoes and other geological disasters. Mimi tried using weather-based disasters, but those didn't help. Mimi then had an idea. "Why not have the help of Davros?" she said.
Mimi was sent to the home of Davros by a TARDIS that she got on iBay. She met Davros, with his Dalek base and everything. Mimi looked scared at first, but then she got used to the atmosphere and decided that the only way to end the quakes of O'Chunks was to exterminate the source. "I want to get rid of O'Chunks," she said.
"Very nice idea, green girl. I would gladly do the deed for you," Davros agreed. In a matter of weeks, Daleks were in San Andreas (Where O'Chunks moved to after the events of Super Paper Mario), trying to exterminate everyone they thought was O'Chunks. Mimi was shocked at how the Daleks were not doing their job.
Mimi warned Davros of this disaster. She didn't like how the Daleks were randomly exterminating everyone they saw. "This situation has gone out of control," she said. "Yesterday, we lost a lot of people, including Rosalina, Fawful, Katarina, and even Ben J.!"
Davros was alarmed by this news, and so, he ordered all Daleks to go looking for O'Chunks instead of exterminating everyone in sight. The Daleks learned about this command, and so, they started looking for O'Chunks and his Minions to exterminate them.
"Couldn't we just capture them?" asked a dalek. "Make no attempt to capture him," Dalek Sec said. "They got to be exterminated, you understand? Exterminated!" Then, the dalek agreed, "I understand," before proceeding to start his radar to find the minions of O'Chunks.
Using the radar, the daleks found the first minion of O'Chunks, who turned out to be Wario in an O'Chunks costume. They thought he was the real O'Chunks, and promptly exterminated him. Wario managed to survive, but he got a broken rib-cage and a trip to the hospital.
The Daleks soon got messages criticizing their choice. Mimi's message said, "Hey! That wasn't O'Chunks! That wasn't even his minions! That was Wario! You injured his rib cage, and now Rosalina has to give him painful surgery! Please get rid of O'Chunks!" Later, they got the message from Davros, which said, "I am mad to learn that you exterminated Wario instead of O'Chunks and his minions. I want the minions exterminated! Find the minions and exterminate them! And I mean now!" The Daleks were scared that they would be fired, and so, they began truly looking for O'Chunks and his minions.
