"Jade," Beck said, "Tori's having a bad day so we are gonna go over and cheer her up"
"You go," Jade said rolling her eyes, "I'm not going"
"Why not," Beck asked.
"Do you remember what happened the last time I went over Tori's house," Jade said with a raise of her eyebrows.
"What are you talking about," Beck asked confused.
"Think about it," Jade said, "I'm sure you can remember"
"Can you give me a hint," Beck asked looking pathetic.
"Does the word 'time out' ring a bell to you," Jade said, "You had the ordacity to put me in a 'time out' because I was calling it the way I saw it and trying to be empathic at the same time"
"You know you deserved it," Beck said, "Tori is your friend and-"
"No Tori is your friend. She will never be my friend because she lost the possibility of that on her second day of Hollywood Arts"
"What?"
"She kissed you," Jade reminded him, "I will always hate her for that"
"Jade it didn't mean anything," Beck said, "and she more then made up for it"
"No she never will make up for it," Jade replied, "She kissed you and that is not okay. That will NEVER be okay with me. I had a hard enough time forgiving you if you recall how could I ever forgive her."
"Okay," Beck said, "It's true Tori is responsible for some of the things that go wrong in your life. I won't pretend that's not true but who was the one who got your play produced?"
"Tori," Jade said with a sigh.
"Who was the one that got us back together after we had broken up?"
"Tori," she admitted again.
"Who was the one that raked me over the coals when I had gotten mad at you unfairly," Beck pointed out.
"She did that," Jade asked surprised.
"Oh she did that," Beck replied
Jade flushed a dark red.
"I didn't know that," Jade said softly, "But she's right. You were unfair for getting mad in the first place let alone getting mad at me"
"Maybe but it was the best soltuion I could think of at the time. I had to improvise"
"Whatever," Jade muttered, "I still-"
"Who was it that told me off for timing you out," Beck added.
"She did not," Jade said
"Correction Jade she did," Beck replied, "She told me I was being stupid."
"I have to agree with her there," Jade said causing him to laugh a little.
"So are you coming?"
"No," Jade said
"Jade-" he whined but she interupted him.
"Beck I'm not good at being nice. The only one I know who can teach me to be nice is you. I can't go there because all I'm going to do is hurt her and knowing that she's not so bad now I don't want to do that"
