This wasn't supposed to happen. Sure, he was going back to his original time, which was good news for mostly everyone there in the tomb, except for Anzu. She just couldn't understand why tears were balling out of her eyes, why she couldn't stop them, why she couldn't stop looking at him. For whatever reason, he just wouldn't look at her. It was like he couldn't for some reason.

She felt like she was holding onto sand as she watched him walk away, her deep blue eyes pained with agony and sorrow. The air around her seemed cold and refused to enter her body right, struggling to bring oxygen inside. And just when she was about to go after him, the doors began sliding shut. All the memories that she had with him just flashed right before her eyes.

The one that stuck out the most was of her arm around his, her smiling along with him at the card store. It seemed that what she hoped to be broke into glass and then burned away, the ash blowing in the wind. This was going to happen eventually, wasn't it. And even she mentally prepared herself for this, Anzu still couldn't grasp why it hurt her so much.

Her hand lightly clutched the Cartouche that had his name inscribed on it. Who knew love would hurt this much? In her night sky, the stars just turned cold, and there was no warmth left as the doors finally slid closed. The tears balled out even more, knowing that she would never see him again.

Short drabble of episode 224

I HATED it when Atem left ;A;

I wanted him to be with Anzu-chan =w=;;;

Taking a short indefinate hiatus from my other fics

Some crazy shit happening in my life, so yeah :'D

but anyways, REVOLUTIONSHIPPING AND VANISHSHIPPING FOR THE WIN =W=b

Reason for the title? Well, I remember that in one movie i watched, this one woman said "My love for you will last until the stars turned cold."

Anzu-chan felt betrayed somewhat, cause she wanted him to stay, but he lost, so meh :\

Review if you peoples like ;D

And yes, I'm on a Yu-Gi-Oh! high now :D
