Disclaimer: I do not own Yu-gi-oh.
Far away in a vast desert land
Filled with light, darkness and sand.
Two hearts are seperated by their ancestor's mistake
Costing them their childhood and moonlight's wake.
One is royal, with robes of gold.
His father ruled over a kingdom, his heart was brave and bold.
Another is a theif, his soul tainted by poverty.
He didn't have much when he was young
When his home was destroyed,
His heart built a void
And the forces of evil sung.
They're two very different people
From two very different places
One is light, one is dark
And, they both have the same tan faces.
They both come from a country rich in story
But, they're too seperated by their different worlds to care.
They call each other enemies
But is it possible, a spot of compassion might lay there?
Inside their hearts, they reguard each other
As enemies who can never be friends
But maybe someday
They'll look back and say
It was all rivalry in the end.
