Hi This is Momo here, just wanted to tell you this is my first Holiday story. Also I have to do the Disclaimer. I do not own Yugioh.

The Kaibas' Christmas Story

Christmas is the best time of the year, everybody is happy even my brother Seto. My brother may seem mean at times, but Christmas brings out the best in him.

When we were living with our Evil step father, we never has a proper Christmas. I remember Seto trying to make it a nice Christmas, but our butt head stepfather always made him work. One year though we snuck out of the house late at night. "We are going to have a good Christmas this year Mokie." My brother told me, as we left the house, I wasn't feeling to good about this plan, but I knew with my big brother around I would be okay. He had stolen out stepfathers checkbook earlier and he was carrying it in his hands now with a small bag with our clothes in it, and a pen in his pocket.

"Where are we going big brother." I asked him.

"Anywhere Mokie, just away from here." He said with a smile. We walked down the street away from our house, and we turned down the corner.

"Do we have to walk?" I asked. (I was only six so you would know why I would ask that.)

"Till we find a cab." Seto told me. I saw a yellow car with the words Cab written on the side with Huge white letters.

"Seto is that a cab." I asked him.

"Yes Mokie, that is a cab. Good job little brother." Seto told me as he ruffled my hair. I laughed and Seto motioned the cab. "Where are you off to kids." The man asked my brother.

"Yeah we are going to anywhere that is far away from here." Seto said happily.

The cab driver gave my brother a suspicious look. "Where is your parents young man?"

My brother thought fast and he said. "Our father and mom are out of town and they told us to go to our grandmother's house which is further down in the city.

"Okay, did your parents leave you any money?"

"Yeah if you take checks?"

"Sure that will do." The cab driver shrugged. Seto handed him the check that he wrote for fifteen dollars.

We got in the cab, and he drove off. I thought about what our step father would do when he found us gone tomorrow. I guess it really didn't matter. Now I was with Seto and that was all that really mattered to me. We turned the corner and we came near a huge crowd of people. "I see our grandma, so you can stop here." Seto said. The cab stopped and we got out. There was a huge Christmas tree that was lit up. "This is the grand tree of lights Mokie." Seto told me. We watched the tree and Seto pointed out a lot of Christmas ornaments. Like Rudolph and frosty the Snowman. It was comforting standing near my brother. With all the stress of our step farther Seto didn't seemed to have time for me. But now Seto's attention was all on me, and I still remember the last thing he said that night. "Mokie no matter what happens, I just wanted to let you know. That I will always be there for you Mokie, and every Christmas we will get away from the craziness of our lives and come to a quiet place like this and have a good Christmas." I remember those words very clearly. Because as always Seto kept his word, and this year that is exactly where we are going. The Grand Tree of Lights. As before it is just Seto and me, and we have nothing to fear or worry about. The only thing we can think about is the good times we do have and the blessings we have been blessed with.

Thanks for reading, I had a lot of fun writing this. Uhh. This has been a little different for me. Due to the fact I'm writing to stories at once. If you have any comments, or things that you think could need fixing please tell me. Again thanks for reading.
