Father, what do you see?
Do you see all the stars, each spinning in its place?
Do you see the clouds of gas swirling around, the embodiment of heavenly splendor?
Do you see the wonders of the Cosmos, glorious things I can never hope to comprehend?
I know you see all these Father, for they were made to reflect your majesty.
And,
Do you see Earth, a beautiful blue marble suspended around the Sun?
Do you see the waves rippling over the surface of the waters?
Do you see all the beauty of this world you have created?
I know you see all these Father, for you made them for your pleasure.
Yet,
Do you see the hate in mankind's eyes, or the murder in its heart?
Do you see the pettiness in mankind's childish nature?
Do you see the fear and grief as death approaches?
I know you see all these Father, for you know all things.
Or,
Do you see the love flowing like blood over our souls,
Do you see the perfection cover our own shortcomings and failings?
Do you see Christ?
I know you see all these things Father, for you sent Him, the Savior and redeemer.
