To My…

Lieutenant Colonel Roy Mustang had made it to his office, which he shared with his First Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye. He opened the door to his office and found her already at her desk, like always, working on her paperwork. He looked over at his desk and sighed seeing stacks of papers on his desk.
"Oh. Good morning, Sir." Riza greeted him ,while quickly standing up and saluting. He waved off her salute and she sat back down.
"Good morning as well, Lieutenant." He replied, as he went and sat down in his chair, behind his desk. He sighed again, as he started reading the reports and signing them. 'The same boring reports as always.'
About thirty minutes after he started on his paperwork, he found something in the papers. It was a dark red colored card. On the front of the card it said "To My Valentine". He opened the card and saw it had a white piece of paper glued to the red paper, making the red paper it's boarder. On the inside it said "You are the man I love the most. I will always protect you. I will always follow you. I will always love you. Love, Riza Hawkeye."
He looked up from the card and saw Riza still working hard on her paperwork. She didn't even look back at him, she was working so hard. He stood up, pushing his seat back without making a sound. He stood up there in silence, just think. 'I didn't get anything for her. What should I do? … I got it!'
He walked, silently, up behind her. He put his hands over her eyes. She sat up straight in her seat, her hand dropping the pen she was holding.
"Guess who?" He asked in a playful voice, hands still covering her eyes.
"Colonel…"
"No. Roy Mustang." He replied, taking his hands off her eyes and her turning to see him.
"Sir?" Riza asked with a bit of confusion on her voice.
He put his right hand on her left cheek. "I want to thank you for my card."
He closed his eyes, as he slowly moved towards her and kissed her. Riza put her hand on his hand, that was still on her face. He pulled himself away but kept his face right in front of hers, they both left their hands were they were.
He looked in to her eyes. "Dinner tonight at 8?"
"Alright." Riza answered, smiling and blushing.
This purely fan made. I do not own FullMetal Alchemist. The owner is Hiromu Arakawa.
Author's Note: Alright, again I finished another before the first one I started. Isn't it interesting how I keep avoiding finishing it. Well anyways, this ones form Roy's point of view. Hope you guys enjoy this I worked pretty hard.
