It's hard to love another. Trusting them not to break the most important part of you. Love alone is never enough, but our trust came from our camaraderie during the wars. I had his back, he had mine, that's not something that happens easily, only time can tell. When I realized that I loved him, I was unloading the dishwasher and subsequently dropped a plate.
