Cosmo and Wanda turned into fish as Tommy open the door.
"Tammy we got all your stuff into your new room I even bought this lovely fish bowl so choose a fish and in it goes" said Timmy proudly.
Tammy chose Wanda who Timmy then put in the bowl then he took his daughter to her new room after that Tammy and Wanda came into Tommy's room.
"I wish Vicky bot would not babysit tonight" said Tommy.
Cosmo and Wanda raised their wands but the wish was rejected as their wands made the pooting sound then Da fairy rule book appeared.
"Rule 14,176+86,721 you can not wish your current babysitter away because you will only get a worse babysitter" read Cosmo.
"What kind of rule is that?" asked Tommy.
"This rule was set because our job is to make you happy not miserable" said Wanda.
"I wish you would tell us about the pictures we found of our dad" said Tommy.
Cosmo and Wanda shared a look never once raising their wands.
"Honey you don't need to wish for that all you had to do was ask at the right time" said Wanda.
"Care to explain what that means?" asked Tommy.
"When your father was your age he had fairy's as well unlike you he was never very responsible with his wish making as he would wish for many things that usually ended with chaos then when he fixed it he would learn a valuable lesson your father wished for some crazy things in his childhood but some were good helpful wishes while others would have caused the world to end as we know but in the end he always put things right that rule. Cosmo read to you about the babysitters well your father made that one you might think these Vicky bots are bad but your father had the original Vicky the one made from flesh and blood with no heart what so ever. One wish your father made was for a new fairy baby that would be Poof our son who likes to beat up on pixies also your father is the reason fairy's are friends with the Yogopatamins the pictures are before the Poof era. These pictures were made so your father could look at the past this he decide after stopping Vicky from becoming the supreme overlord dictator of the world in that adventure he grew up till he could not remember his fairy's in order to save the world almost losing his fairy's in the process in the years after your father remained young at heart until one day he saw a kid who truly needed fairy godparents so he went to the fairy counsel telling them what was on his mind he knew the consequences but he said he could live with them many human years later the counsel decided that what Timmy did was unselfish and that the fairy's he gave away to make another child happy would be passed down to each child in his family until the line dies" explained Wanda.
"Hey wait a minute that means you were our dads fairy's" said Tammy.
"Yes we where we were some good looking fish back than" said Cosmo.
