I hang on the edge of the platform.
My right hand is no more.
Exhaustion has set in.
*Luke, I am your father.*
*No, that's not true, that's impossible.*
My father was a good man.
My father is dead.
*Search your feelings. You know this to be true.*
My feelings....
although you are evil, I feel the truth in your words.
How can this be?
*Join me and together we can rule the galaxy as father and son.*
NO! Even if I am your son, I am NOT you.
I will never join you or the emperor.
I look down below me.
An endless shaft,
that would be certain death for me.
I do not care,
because I'd rather die, then turn to the Dark Side.
I step off the edge- and fall.
I see my *father*, as I plummet.
I open up to the Force,
and surrender my life to its will.
