Goren walked out of the interrogation room. Rubbed the back of his neck.
"Go home detective we can handle it from here," said Ross.
Goren headed toward his desk, Eames went up to him," Want me to come by later? We could talk," she asked. With the look of concern in her eyes.
"I appreciate it, but I think I just need to be alone right now," he responded.
Goren drove to his apartment, he walked up to the entrance he couldn't believe his eyes. He rubbed them to make sure he wasn't seeing an allusion. Donny was sitting on the steps with a newspaper in his hands. He saw Bobby walking toward him. He stood up to greet him.
"I didn't know what to do or where to go," he showed Bobby the paper. It had Frank's murder on the front page. It mentioned the drugs in his system. "He lied to me Uncle Bobby. He told me he was clean and off the drugs. It made me realize maybe he lied to me about everything else," he began to cry. "He told me to run and hide, not to come back. He said you would lock me up and if I called my mom she would have no choice but to turn me in. He said you were angry at me for what happen to you at Tates."
"Donny, I don't know what to say, but I was never angry at you. I will do everything in my power to help you. Let's go inside call your mother and let her know you're ok," said Bobby. "Then we will discuss what to do next."
Bobby puts his arm around Donny and walks him up the stairs.
