This is my first story on this site and I hope you guys like. :D

Prologue

Sonic's POV

"Sonic! We're near Eggman's ship! Get ready!" Tails shouted at me from the inside of the Tornado.

"Alright buddy!" I gave him a thumbs up and stood on the wing of the plane. Looking across the azure horizon was Eggman's Egg Bomb. Wow, Egghead really outdid himself this time. The ship was a hunk of metal nothing I can't handle. As we approached the ship I noticed that Tails' Chaos Emerald was acting up. The emerald started rapidly blinking as we came near the ship, which I knew that could mean only one thing.

"Tails, Eggman must have the other Chaos Emeralds!"

"That must be it! The Chaos energy is going off the chart!"

"I guess that means I got to Get the other emeralds and bring down Eggheads' ship!"

"Sonic be careful!"

"Don't worry Tails it'll be a piece of cake" with that being said I jumped out of the plane and landed on the ships platform. Then I took of running letting my surroundings turn into blurs of cool grey. Each corridor I sped by there were dozens of robots. Which I took down swiftly with my homing attacks. After finally destroying all the robots I knocked down a giant metal door down to face mister fat and bald himself.

"If it isn't the blue pest here to stop me. Well, to bad this time with the Chaos Emeralds I have collected," he declared as he took out the yellow and white emerald, " I will rule the-WHAT?!"

The Chaos Emeralds flashed bright white and I saw black. I woke up with sweat on my face. It was that crazy dream again! I wonder why I keep having it. I got up from my bed and sluggishly walked to the kitchen to get something to drink. As I walking down the stairs the phone started ringing. Ugh, who's calling me at this time. I went back up the steps and got the phone from my dresser.

"Hello"

"Sonic! It's Tails guess what happened!"

"You and Cream are finally going out?"

"Yes! Wait. No!"

"Then what?"

"My Emerald is missing!"

"How?!"

"Their was this bright flash and it just disappeared!"

" I'll be at your house tomorrow."

No way! My dream was true! But why are the emeralds disappearing suddenly?
