Hi, Awk0 Reader here and I'm writing a hunger games fan fiction. Mocking Jay and Catching Fire didn't happen and it is the 100th 4th quarter quell.

Glitter's P.O.V

I wake up to my mother cooking pan cakes. Mhmmmm! I ran down the two stairs I needed to flee down to reach our amazing, state of the art kitchen. But mother wasn't cooking but Hugo.

"Hi Hugo, what smells good?" I ask pretending not to know.

"I know you know, but these pan cakes are mine!" He replies, "What I didn't know!" I pretend to be shocked at his outburst. "Nah, I'm only joking, I made them for you. You know with the reaping and everything." Hugo is only eleven he won't have to put his name in. I do being 15 an all. My parents, if I get reaped or if I volunteer, want me to win because district one and all being a career. I don't want to win or even be put in the games at the most.

I quickly run up the stairs and run into my room. I can not decide what to wear, I finally after trying on all 25 of my dresses I choose a nice dark purple dress with pale purple rhinestones on the side running down. My mother quickly yells to come on. Run down as fast as I can in my 3 inch heels. We leave quickly and we arrive with five minutes to spare.

After the peace keepers check me in, I meet up with my friends Silver and Velvet. We chat about boys, make up, dresses and everything really. Then Salbrino takes the stage. She starts.

"Hello, hello. Today is our one hundred year anniversary of the hunger games with a twist. No extra tributes and when your are reaped no volunteering. But the surprise is... You will have to wait and see. As usually ladies first."

Salbrino walks to the dish holding all the girl names from district one. She reads, "Glitter Mathcan." No I can't be in the hunger games. No no no no! No. Two peacekeepers grab me by my arm's and drag me off. Ever since the 78th hunger games we go straight to the train. Salbrino reads out the boy's name. "Price Surplus." My crush is in the hunger games with me and will have to kill me. Thanks. Not.
