A/N: Hi Guys! I dont own Inuyasha or any of the characters that are a part of that particular series. This is a drabble/fic that is part comedy part romance, part adventure, so you know basically like the show/manga. Have fun and review! Tugging
Apparition
Inuyasha was playing with Miroku and Sango's girls when he felt it. A youkai was approaching and quickly, though calling the strange energy explicitly a demon didn't sit well with him, he shook it off and headed toward his forest, Tessaiga in tow. Hopefully, he would destroy whatever it was that was and return to tell Kagome all about it. It hadn't occurred to him that perhaps, his little miko would also be making her way through the forest to meet the apparition.
Scents Entwined
As he drew nearer, his nose picked up the familiar scent of Dragon. One that he hadn't smelt since he had defeated The Great Dragon Ryuukotosei, but not quite the same. It was holier, somehow. More Human. Not that it would matter, he would slay the dragon, and return home before supper. At least, that was what he thought.
Perplexed
Arriving in the clearing, and seeing a petite demoness facing off against a serpentine dragon with only a small fan, left Inuyasha perplexed. He hadn't smelt her, or her companions, well who he assumed where her companions as they were behind an orb like barrier, and were watching her with great concern.
Vile
Lady Mirai, of the Eastern Lands, is anything but pleased when the hanyou enters into the clearing. She had hoped that now that she had more space she would be able to defeat her enemy with ease. Unsure of where the half-inu's alliances where she tilted her head just enough to signify to her brother to keep an eye on their new arrival, before turning her full attention back to the large beast. Which hissed and lashed it tail at her, as though it was a whip. Vile, she found herself thinking.
Cat
With ease, the demoness flipped out of the way of the serpent and landed within feet of Inuyasha. She bent her knees and rose up onto her toes, preparing herself to launch into an attack. In that second, Inuyasha focused enough on her to recognize the two twitching tails that signified her as a Nekomatta, though he realized now that she carried no scent.
Aide
Kagome runs into the clearing bow ready, not expecting to see a large snake, and four humanoid demons there. Instantly, she recognized the reiki coming from the twin-tailed cat demon launching into the air toward the aggressive reptile. She stretches out her arm, a small fan spread in her hand before waving it rather roughly. A large gust of wind brushed into the clearing and the petite warrior was launched backwards, landing on her feet next to the other two demons whom where securely behind a barrier. The serpant, was knocked into a nearby tree, the sound of which brought Kagome's attention to the truly hostile demon. She notched a bolt, and let it fly. The pink light consumed the small projectile before piercing the snake. Where the arrow touched burst like a balloon of viscera.
