Sam bolted upright, bloodcurdling scream stuck in his throat.
"You okay?" Dean asked.
"Bad dream." Sam pushed back into his seat, breathing heavy, trying to hide any trace of fear.
"Breathe, Sammy."
Sam nodded, his breathing panicked.
"Clowns or midgets?" Dean asked eyes back on the road.
Sam frowned.
"Standard questioning, dude."
"Drunken midget clowns," Sam wheezed.
"Oh, my," Dean chuckled. "Armed with squirty flowers and glitter?"
"Bite me, jerk."
"Pull my finger, bitch, too late," Dean cackled.
"Gah." Sam opened the window, the wind blowing hard in his face.
That was one way to get the kid to breathe.
