Dragon's reverie, Azrael's morning thoughts
Standing with his back on the elevator's wall, Dragon closed his eyes and let out a sigh. 'Just another day in the office.' he thought, as more people got on. Reaching the ground floor he got out and went to his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14. Getting on and starting it up, he cruised around Tokyo. 'So what else new Frye, you are the one of the two people Sei will send out to do something that is as destructive as Jango.' Dragon mused, twitching his mouth behind his closed visor. Moving through the cars, he wondered if his sister was ok. Remembering the last time he had saw her, Dragon had wished he said goodbye before he flew the coop. But, as it is in life, you don't get what you want.' he reflected, coming to stop in front of his apartment building. Heading up, he thought back to his younger days and how they were some what okay.
After entering and dropping his helmet on the couch, he sat in his room and stared at the ceiling. 'No one sees what is bothering me. And, they never will apparently.' he pondered, sighing. As the minutes passed on to hours, Dragon laid there in the darkness thinking things of that are not happening in his life and dreams that probably won't happen. Closing his eyes, he laid his head on his hands. "So Frye, how will this go down chico?" he asked himself straightly, sighing.
Around four in the morning, Dragon fell into a dark, dreamless slept that he grown accustomed to over the years in Tokyo.
When Azrael comes to town, she feels the lost of her girlfriend more than she remembers. Ever since that dreadful night, she has nightmares bout Chandra dying in her arms. And, she wakes up crying almost every other morning. 'I miss her, there's no way I can't. I loved her ever since middle school, when she kissed me and told me she felt the same way.' she thought, mopping up her tears that stopped spilling five minutes ago. As the early morning light bends through closed shades, she lays there considering what she's going to do today.
