One day Greg came home after a long and miserable day at school.
Suddenly his father threw a suitcase at Greg which knocked Greg over.
"Pack up your bags, wimpy kid! We are moving!" Frank Heffley yelled.
"And get a snap on it or 21 gon get the stick!" Frank screamed.
Greg ran upstairs and he couldn't believe it.
How could he be moving? This town was all he had ever known!
It felt like an injustice, a sacrilege!
Just then his father ran upstairs and yelled, "21 gon get the stick Hold up!"
Then Frank pulled out his belt and began striking Greg.
Greg frantically packed his luggage and became ready.
"Get in the car boy!" yelled Frank, "Just kidding I meant wimpy kid, wimp!"
Greg got in the car and his father began driving really fast.
After several days they made it to Elwood City, where Frank dumped Greg out in front of Arthur's house.
"Sayannara fool!" Frank screamed and then raced off.
