This is my very first work on so go easy on me. I really thought that this poem went well with Sakura and Sasuke's relation ship, or lack thereof. Tell me what you think!
HIS DEPARTURE
Rejection pricks
Or as she's found.
He reminds her
Over and over.
Cold, intense,
Heartless it seems.
Her help to him
grown futile yet,
She continues
Supporting him,
Encouraging him,
Forgiving him.
No matter the offence.
Waiting for that day
When he finally cracks
And needs someone.
She will be the one
He will turn to,
Or so she tells herself.
As hoping to rouse
Him from some
Deep coma,
But getting no response.
But she is persistent,
Never discouraged.
For she wants so badly
To be precious to him,
To be his only love.
But his mind isn't changed.
Set solidly on revenge.
He has no concern of her.
And when she is so close,
His shell almost broken again,
He ruins he attempts,
And he leaves.
Just as he has before.
Yet when he returns
She will try again and again
Only to have him cut the bond
And walk away
This is HIS DEPARTURE
