"Twas the Night Before Christmas
Akatsuki style
'Twas the night before Christmas when all through the base
Not a creature was stirring except maybe Zetsu?
"Where the hell did that damn mouse go?"
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
In hopes that Madara wouldn't show up there.
"Wake up you lazy bastards we have Jincuuriki to capture."
The Akatsuki were nestled all snug in there beds
While visions of world domination danced in their heads.
And Konan in her nighty and Pein in his birthday suit
Had just settled down for a long cuddle 'oh how cute'
When outside the base there arose such a clatter
Tobi awoke screaming "what's the matter?"
Away to the window Sasori flew in a flash
Just in time to be singed by Deidara's blast.
"DEIDARA!"
"Oops, un."
The moon shown down on the new fallen snow
Illuminating the object down below
When what to Kakuzu's eyes should appear
But a giant safe pulled by eight tiny reindeer
With a big muscular blue driver so lively and quick
I knew in a moment it must be Kisame?
"Where did you get the reindeer?"
"Come Konan! Come Pein!
Come Tobi and Zetsu!
Outside, Hidan! Outside Kakuzu!
Outside Deidara and Sasori!
To the base entrance!
Out in the snow!
See what we brought!
It wasn't easy to steal did you know?"
As around the Akatsuki the snow did fly
Spraying a mist up into the sky
Into the living room the safe they blew
Using jutsu's and muscle and origami too
Then in a twinkling Pein heard on the roof
Someone walking and falling "oof!"
As he turned to the chimney and toward the sound
Tobi came down the chimney in a great big bound
"What the hell?"
He was dressed in his pj's and still bare foot
And his clothes were covered in ashes and soot
A bundle of money he flung on his back
In a ratty bag that looked like a peddlers pack.
His eye how it glowed red in his mask
As he went about completing his task
He sang to himself as he went to work
Hiding a grin or maybe a smirk
Deidara stood by grinding his teeth
While soot filled the room and made Hidan sneeze
"Tobi you bastard! I will sacrifice you to Jashin!"
He hid his face behind his disguise
Silently wishing he could be just one of the guys
He was an idiot and slow, a right jolly soul
The only thing in common was their shared goal
A wink of his eye and a giggle so gay
Made the Akatsuki want to kill him even on Christmas day
He spoke not a word but continued his work
Filling the stockings 'cause he wasn't a jerk
He gave a small nod and trod over to Zetsu
Whispering a soft 'Merry Christmas to you'
"Shut the hell up you runt!"
"Be nice Tobi is a good boy!"
To the Akatsuki Pein gave a whistle
And yelled to Deidara to stay away from the missile
"Aww man, un!"
They trod back to bed a wary sight
"Happy Christmas to all. And to all a good night!"
