She looked out the window to see the world covered in snow. Her dark blue eyes took in the sight before her she let out a sigh "I'm so bored"
she murmured then she heard the sobs of her father crying into the masaki poster of how their children treated him so badly this was his 20th
time he had cried into the poster of her mother she rolled her eyes she wish she could play soccer but all her friends where sick with the flu and
couldn't play she was so bored she tried to help yuzu in the kitchen but managed to burn everything into a crisp so yuzu had to start over
again she vowed never to help yuzu again Karin then thought "maybe I'll go for a walk" Karin then put on a jacket and an even bigger jacket
on top of that she quickly and quietly snuck out of her room and was headed for the door without anyone knowing but it was easier than she
tough ichigo and her dad where trying to kill each other again and yuzu was still making dinner so she went unnoticed by her family Karin then
just walked she didn't have a destination in mind it was just to kill off the boredom she really wasn't paying attention to her surroundings but
when she looked up she noticed that she was surrounded by threes witch where covered in snow and ice Karin was watching it when she
noticed a girl that was lying on the snow covered floor "Hey are you ok?" Karin called out Karin then ran to the girl she had ruby red hair the girl
had a lot of wounds and was losing a large amount of blood so Karin then carried her and she ran all the way home with the girl she quickly
and quietly took the girl to her room and laid her on Karin's bed she was still losing a lot of blood so Karin cleaned her wounds and was putting
bandages on her when the girl opened her eyes she just like her hair had ruby eyes "where….where am I? she asked Karin "Oh your awake"
Karin said in a relived voice she thought that the girl might die of hyperthermia "you're in my room" Karin said as she finished applying the
bandages on her wounds the girl then gave a weak smile and said "why did you save me?" Karin's mouth nearly hit the floor "why do you ask
that?" the girl stared into Karin's eyes "Well because no one has been this kind to me" Karin then said "well I couldn't let you die like that" the
girl smiled "thank-you for saving me" "no problem" Karin replied with a smile, Karin then thought "I still don't know her name" Karin then asked
the girl "hey" "hmm" the girl replied what's your name?" The girl then jumped up and said "I'm sorry I haven't introduced myself" she looked
very embarrassed "It's ok" Karin told her the girl then said "my name is Hratchouhi but you can call me ruby "she then looked at Karin and
asked what's you're name?" "Karin kurosaki" ruby then smiled "nice to meet you."
