Naruto had just finished his bowl of ramen and was walking and wondering where Sasuke was. He walked down the road leading to the training grounds. on the way to meet the team, Naruto noticed sauke sitting on a bench looking even more sober than normal. He walked over and sat by his freind and asked "Whats wrong?". the raven haired boy raised his head and looked at his team mate with red eyes. not sharigan red but crying red. The uchiha looked back down. Naruto,being clueless,embraced the boy, who to both of there suprise returned the embrace.Naruto could feel his face turning red as the boy still clung to him now sobbing. They had grown close,and became dear friends over there time together as members of team 7. Naruto had never had this type of feelings for the boy though. he wondered if sasuke had or even has the same feeling for him.
The raven haired boy settled down his eyes now dry. his face was red he hadnt dared come close to the blond for fear of losing there freind ship.he looked away face red in embarisment. Naruto almot wished he hadnt done that and apoligized to sasuke " im sorry... realy umm..." he trailed off completely emberissed.
".., we have to meet up at the training grounds with sakura and kakashi '' he nonchalonyly changed the subject.
thoughts race through bothe boys heads about what just happened but they walk silent. They soon arrive at the raining grounds. Sakura is baffled by the fact naruto is silent and they showed up together. kakahi only makes them wait another 1 or 2 hours its to hard to tell anymore. Even he is suprised by the fact naruto isnt yelling at him for being late but rather sitting and THINKING! the lesson progressed well with out the interference of naruto. Soon the lesson ends and there free to go. They walk out of the training grounds and sakura asks "whats wrong naruto.
he replys with a simple "nothing" and they all leave the trainng ground and soon sakura splits up from the 2 boys and heads toward her house still wondering about the strangness of Narutos behavore.
