The girl walked to her destination and knelt down before the slab of rock. Usually, she would be her happy, coffee-crazed self, but today was different. In place of her white lab coat, black t-shirt, white pants, and boots she had on the one black dress she owned along with small black dress shoes that fit on her surprisingly tiny feet. She bowed her head.
"...H-hi, Daisya… Sorry I haven't been to v-visit lately. Komui has me really b-busy. Bu-but I've kept my promise so f-far. I haven't gotten i-in trouble yet. And I've b-been limiting my c-coffee like you said I should. Kanda doesn't want to kill me as mu-much." She sniffled. Not much longer until she broke down.
"S-so… Everything a-alright wi-with you? Yo-you doing o-okay?" She paused. "I mi-miss y-you, Daisya. I-it do-does't feel li-like it's be-been three months ye-yet. I-I woke u-up the o-other day. I ha-had forgotten you… Ya know… And then i-it hit me, and I s-started crying again. It feels li-like the whole O-order is ho-holding the-their breath, w-waiting f-for you to c-come back. To sa-say it w-w-was all a j-joke. T-to st-steal Kanda's Mugen." The first tear to fall came out of her left eye. Then two more. Then the dam broke.
"W-why d-did y-you ha-have t-to lea-leave? W-why D-Daisya!?" Sobs interrupted her. She bent over, hiding her puffy face in her hands. "W-why?" came a muffled question.
After crying her heart out, she stood up and looked at the grave with a blank expression. "I-I be-better go n-now. K-Komui is p-probably lo-looking for me." She turned to leave but hesitated and looked back at the stone. She turned back around and bent down, pressing her lips to the slab. "Bye, Daisya. I love you…" With that, she left, a single tear escaping her eye.
