Summary: Law has been the private doctor of the royal Donquixote family, and as far as he knew, the only members of the family he knew of where the current king, and his deceased brother. But that changes when the said king returns from an extended trip to another kingdom with a blond he claims to be another brother of his that his mother kept secret. Much to Law's displeasure, he then is assigned to the blond as his personal doctor. But along the way of taking care of the new member of the royal family, he learns the blond's true past, and begins to question or not, if he should continue the kingdom's generous and kind king.

Chapter 1

Sighing Law rubs the back of his neck as he walks down the corridor, it had been a couple of weeks since his highness had left to the kingdom of Alebasta to meet with the king there, he was scheduled to return today. But why had the said king left in such a rush was beyond him, shaking his head, he sees one of the many servants of the king walk up to him.

"Someone is here requesting to see his highness, I told him that he's not here, but he refuses to leave. What should I do?" rolling his golden eyes Law begins to walk to the front door. Once there he frowns.

"Leave us alone." Law demands, the woman nods as she scurries away, sighing Law looks at the younger man standing in the door way. "Why are you here Fire Fist Ace?" he asks crossing his arms over his chest. The said man chuckles as he pushes his hat up on his head, a smirk on his face, causing the doctor to glare at him. "Doflamingo isn't back yet, if you were looking for an audience with-"

"I wasn't. It was you I was actually coming to see."

"It's not appropriate for royalty to speak with servants." Law states simply, the younger rolls his eyes. "What do want? I have to get ready to check over the king when he arrives."

"Well, I wanted to see you because I want to know why you continue to work for man like him. Luffy offered you a great position at our place."

"Yes, a place I do not wish to be. I am fine here at the side of his highness." Sighing Ace nods, he knew the doctor well enough to know that the only reason he was staying here was because of the bond he had with the king's younger brother as a child. "Ace, I appreciate your concern, but I'm fine." Ace smiles, it was rare whenever the doctor would call him by his name, but he knew it was because the dark haired male cared about him. The two had been best friends for years, not really caring for their social statues.

"Just, if you ever need anything-"

"You'll be the first person I contact. I promise." Nodding Ace then turns to leave, but gets a shocked look as he opens the door and sees Doflamingo standing there, and next to him a smaller male, who had hair so golden that it would put even gold coins and such to shame. He wasn't very tall, his skin was pale, almost white, but his eyes hidden by his hair seeing his head was hanging low. But what caught Law's attention was the fact that the blond was covered in scratches, and bruises. "Y-your highness, you've returned." The said king nods as he walks past Ace and leads the new blond in. looking at the fire user, Ace nods as he leaves, turning around Law quickly follows the king and the younger male into the palace. "Your-"

"Can you do me a favor Law?" the king asks, the younger male nods. "Can you go get your medical supplies and such? I'll explains everything once you return. And fetch Nami while you're at it." nodding the said doctor then runs upstairs. Once reaching Nami's room he opens the door and sees her sitting at her desk drawing maps.

"What now Law?" she asks, not even bothering to turn around. He was the only person in the palace that could get away with just walking into her room.

"His highness is back…and with company. He wishes to see you downstairs, I'll meet you there." with that he walks away back to his room to get his medical supplies, groaning, Nami gets up and rushes downstairs and gets a shocked looks seeing a smaller blond with the king.

"Your highness?" she calls, the said king looks up at her. "Welcome back, who's-"

"Thank you Nami, it's good to be home. Can you get him some water?" she nods and heads to the kitchen, as if on cue, Law walks up and kneels in front of the younger blond who was sitting quietly, with his head hung low. Nodding Law reaches up and begins to treat the blond's wounds. Then he sees Nami come back with a glass of water as she sits next to the blond.

"Hey, here you look like you need this." Looking up, Nami couldn't help but stare. The nameless blond had blueish gray eyes. that was a trait rarely seen here in this kingdom, but the color suited the blond so well, all in all, the blond was simply beautiful. "My name's Nami, im the king's treasure and Map maker, that guy is Trafalgar Law, he's the king's doctor. What's your name?" she asks, the blond Takes the cup and takes a few sips of water before turning to look at her.

"Sanji…" he mumbles, the girl smiles.

"How do you know his highness?" she asks, Sanji then looks at Doflamingo who was currently talking to Law about some of the cuts he had on his body.

"Doffy is my big brother."
