Demon Houseki: Ok this is my first Inuyasha fanfic so bear with me. No flames or criticism as I do not take it very well and i don't want to lose my temper -.- again.

Chapter 1

"SIT BOY!" yelled a voice in the forest. "Looks like Inuyasha is at it again he never learns" Said the cute fox demon Shippo.

Miroku just sighed as he took a small sip of tea "What'd you expect Kagome made it very clear he wasn't to follow her and he did it anyways."

Just then Kagome and Inuyasha showed up. Kagome was wearing her usual school uniform, and Inuyasha was wearing a dirt mask (heh couldn't resist). Inuyasha cursing under his breath sat next to Shippo. Kagome started to cook up some ramen when she decided to stop the awkward silence "So have you found any information on Naraku's whereabouts?"

"No the bastards been masking his scent again" growled a irritated hanyou.

"No doubt he is planning another trap" sighed Miroku.

The group sat there and ate "If only we had the slightest clue where to look." Sango paused then turned to Kagome "Want to go to the hot springs?" "Sure anything to relax" Kagome replied.

The two set off in the direction of the hot springs but not before Sango turns to glare at the monk "Don't even think of trying anything.

The two sat in the hot springs chatting away. "Sometimes I wonder if we'll ever find all the jewel shards" sighed Kagome. Sango giggled slightly "Yeah I can agree with you there I wonder how long it will take before Naraku is finally gone."

Sango started to lean back against the rock Kagome just stared at the forest. "Is something wrong?" "No I just thought I heard something was all."

(Meanwhile)

Miroku was just staring at Inuyasha knowing that if he tried to sneak off for a peek Inuyasha would kill him. Inuyasha was up in a tree noticing the staring "What the hell do you want Miroku." "I was just wondering why Kagome wasn't in a bad mood with you after the sit incident."

"Feh wouldn't you like to know" Inuyasha replied turning away.
