Freedom

A short poem about the desire of freedom and no longer trapped. Kinda in reference to Rapunzel and her longing to be free of the tower.

I wrote this poem not really in any reference to any sort of fanfiction...but after I saw Tangeled I kinda saw a connection between her soul wanting to be free of the Tower. This is kinda from her POV even though their really is no direct reference to her. I do not own the characters of Tangeled...I just like to write stories about them. :D Dare

Freedom

I wait

I ponder

I wonder

What secret cell holds my soul?

For I long to be free

To feel the air

The sun

The rain

To no longer be bound

But liberated and emancipated

I still wait

I still ponder

I still wonder

When the day will come that I am no longer needed on earth

And my soul shall be released from it's secret prison

And I shall be free once more
