A/N: So, this is the first of my entries for sand castles and card houses's Gemstones Category Challenge. So my idea for this story is that each jewel for the contest will have a different demigod girl representation. The first is for Amethyst, for writing about Fortuna/Tyche. Please review!
Lennox
Lennox, is a lucky girl
She can fiddle with fate
She knows of no consequence
Has never lost a bet
Lennox wants to truly try
But when you always win,
It becomes far to easy
For Lennox to give in
How can she be normal?
When she's good at every sport,
When what she wishes,
Always comes true
And the world is her royal court
Lennox is quite beautiful,
Golden hair and all,
But sadly her good looks,
Brings enemies from far
How can her world be so perfect?
Yet the worst to ever live,
She really tries hard to be average
But she will never fit in
The one thing that she wants
Is what she cannot have
But isn't that true for us all?
We should be content with what we have.
So when the world is your oyster,
And you're Fortuna's favorite
You really must remember
We all want something, we never will have
So you really should be glad!
