Chapter 1:

The large baby blue van sighed as it rolled gently into the driveway of the white six bedroomed farmhouse. Just beyond this farm house, and past the big red barn stretched acres upon acres of undisturbed forest filled with animals of all kinds. The forest became silent as two boys and three girls exploded out of the vehicle. The first girl was named Leah, being the oldest of the group this fifteen year old had many responsibilities which included but not limited to watching and protecting her younger siblings. Her long brown hair usually hanging mid-way down her back was placed in a french braid that laid down her bright yellow and orange tie-die short sleeve shirt. She jogged up to the house almost tripping over her long orange skirt and long legs. Also keeping an eye on her sisters and twin brothers. Running past her was Leah's immediate younger sister Rachel. Ignoring her sister's ask for help with groceries, Rachel ran upstairs blaring her Rock Music as loud as the volume on her iPhone would allow. She faced severe depression, despite her family's support, at a young age and secluded herself from the family. At the age of ten she became gothic and turned to satanism. Ever since she has clashed with her family's belief as Judaism and Christianity. Naturally she wore a black attire, and today it was no different. Wearing a long black shirt and ripped jeans, her black straight hair was cut just above Rachel's shoulders and swished as she plopped down onto her gaming chair and turned on the top-of-the-line counsel. She groaned loudly as Rachel heard the crash of Deborah's lab tools and the muttering of her younger sister. Seen as the scholar of the house, Deborah dedicated her life to the study of human science and refuting Darwin's Theory with many of the smartest theologians around the world. Usually known to be wearing goggles around her short dirty blonde hair with a sparkle in her brown eyes. In her opinion Labcoats and kakis were the style, so that is what Deborah wore. The tools she knocked over were a pair of googles and a few test tubes, which Deborah carelessly bumped while trying to prevent her two mischievous brothers Adam and Seth from playing with a new chemical she had found exploring in the woods. After conducting numerous tests and research still no evidence had been found to prove what the glowing green substance it was. For now it would be known as Chemical C9. Shooing her twin brothers into their room, Deborah sighed as she heard a fight break out between her two oldest sisters. This was typical in this household considering that the two religions of Satanism and Christianity were constantly at war. "You have no idea what you are talking about!" Shouted Rachel into Leah's face. "Let's take this to the woods" Leah replied calmly as each parted to their separate rooms across the hall. Only Deborah knew what was to take place after those three fateful words were said. Back when these teenagers were children, the forest was a place of wonder and peace. But over time it was transformed into a battlefield, not of physical but spiritual warfare.
