This is my first Murdoch fanfic so be kind please. If you want to review, please only put nice things. Here is a bit of Jilliam fluff for you to make your day better.
Disclaimer: Unfortunately, I don't own anything :(
Julia and William were holding hands, walking. They had walked for hours. William wouldn't tell Julia where they were going. "It's a secret!" he kept telling her. Julia's feet were starting to ache
"Come on William, can't we just stop here already. The view is beautiful." Julia whined.
"Just over this hill, it's worth the wait, I promise you!" William replied, hiding a smile. They had been walking for hours up and down hills, getting beautiful views of the surrounding area. However, William wanted to take her to his special place - a place even George and the Inspector knew nothing about. He would go there after a long day to just think. Relax and think.
Finally after another hour of walking, they reached a bunch of trees surrounding a field. They continued through and came to the most beautiful place Julia had ever seen. Flowers were in full bloom, butterflies were fluttering about and there was nobody else around. It was like something out of a movie.
Whilst Julia was taking in her surroundings, William went and laid a blanket down, put the basket down and sat down himself. Julia didn't notice him do any of this. When she finally looked at William, he wasn't there! She looked down as he pulled her legs so she landed on top of him. They both laughed and shared a kiss.
After the picnic, they were both lying down, looking at the clouds.
"That's the Inspector!" William said with a laugh. Julia laughed seeing the resemblance.
"That one next to is looks like a bottle of the Inspector's finest whiskey!" Julia laughed, joining in with making fun of the Inspector. Unseen by Julia, William slipped a little silver box out of his breast pocket and next to the picnic basket. Julia continued to look at the clouds as William just looked at her.
"That one looks like an engagement ring," William said nervously.
"Where?" Julia asked.
"Next to the picnic basket!"
At that Julia turned to look and saw the little silver box...
I might do another chapter for her answer, otherwise it is a one-shot. Reviews make me happy.
A/N Murdoch would cycle to the special place so it would be quicker for him to get there after work.
