Skipper and his team had just finished hustling all of the animals onto the train. The Penguins' circus had just finished their show in New York and were now heading to Washington DC. "Aright boys! Is that everything and everyone?!" Skipper cried from the front of the train. "Not quite sir! We still need to find a place to place our four, new jet backs!" Kowalski cried back to his commander.
Skipper was starting to get annoyed. It had already taken them almost half the day to load everything onto the train. Skipper signed "I want to get there before sun down soldiers" Skipper exclaimed, waddling over to where the rest of the team was. "What's the hold up." The lead penguin commanded. "The 'hold up' Skipper is we're having trouble finding a place where they won't get destroyed or found by the lemurs." Skipper was starting to get real annoyed now but Kowalski had a point finding a spot that the lemurs wouldn't find you be hard. But he came up with an idea. "Gently place them in one of the spare crates. Then bolt it shut. It might not be the best idea but it's the best we got. Get Rico and Private to help you." "Yes sir. We'll be right on that." Kowalski obeyed as Skipper head back to the front of the train. "As I said before I want to get there before sun down. So hurry up boys.
It took Kowalski, Rico and Private half an hour to load up the last few things before leaving New York. "Say goodbye to the Big Apple boys. It will a while before we see her again." Skipper stated. He gave his team a few minutes before speaking again. "Kowalski. What are our next coordinates." "We should be heading to Washington DC sir." Kowalski replied. Once again Skipper took a few minutes before speaking. "Ahh. Washington DC. The capital city of the great United States. The city of the Free." Skipper was going to continue when Private interrupted him. "Um sir." The little penguin politely interrupted. "What is it soldier." Skipper signed. "Right. Shouldn't we tell the North Wind we're moving locations. I mean just in case they need our help with something. "Private, Private, Private. We don't need to tell them anything. Location or otherwise." Skipper replied to the young Private. The little penguin thought about for a few minute before responding. "Why sir." Skipper became to choose his words very, very careful especially for the young penguin. "Well, young Private. When Classified shot us with those tranquilliser darts and shipped us off to who knows where, he also inserted us with homing devices so they could and can track our every move. So that's why we don't need to tell them anything Private. Cause they already know." Skipper explained.
Private wasn't sure what do think. He knew Classified didn't like them much when they first met and the little penguins also knew that's the agent did shot them with darts. Private wasn't sure if Classified was cable of such a thing. But yet again it would explain how Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and the North Wind found him. But still he wasn't sure what to think. "Actually Skipper, the homing device have been disabled for a while now." Kowalski said suddenly, breaking the small silence. It took Skipper, as well as the rest of the team a few moments to process what Kowalski had said. But it took Private to break the silence. "What do mean by that, Kowalski?" The tall penguin had to take care when chose in his words. Since some of the things he said his team didn't really understand. "When Dave's ray struck us, it cause the devices to malfunction and loose it's signal to the North Wind." After Kowalski had finished his explanation, Skipper smiled. "Well that's one way to stop the Wind from blowing in our business." The team's commander exclaimed quickly. Private didn't like that. He wanted the North Wind knowing their location. Just in case they run into trouble they couldn't handle. "But Skipper." "No buts Private. We're not telling the North Wind anything and we are surely not reactivating the homing devices. Do you hear soldier?" Private was about to protest but best thought not to. All he did was nod in agreement. "That's a good soldier. Plus I doubt they would be in any sort of trouble that requires our need help. Remember those North Wind agents are 'professionals'." Skipper reinsured the young cadet. Again the small penguins nodded in agreement.
But the North Wind were in trouble. Two months after they (with the help of the Penguins) defeated Dr Octavius Brine or Dave, the North Wind have been getting anonymous tips that Dave's association was still fully operational and were hatching up a new scheme. "Eva. Do we have a positive indications that these anonymous tips are accurate." Classified ordered, as he anxiously paced around the room. "No sir." Eva replied. "Alright. Do we, at least know what Dave's association is planning." The head agent asked. "Not at all sir." The wolf was getting more and more anxious. It took the North Wind quite a long time to capture Dave. It made Classified more and more nervous just thinking about it. "Boss, are you alright?" Short Fuse asked his boss, concerned for his well-being. "Yes Short Fuse. I'm fine." But he wasn't, he had let Dave get to him again and he couldn't let that happen. He took a deep breathe and tried to calm himself down. "Do we know if it's even possible for Dave to start up his operation again." "Negative sir. It's not possible for Dave to start up his operations in his current state. But it wouldn't hurt to investigate." Classified thought about this. He wasn't going to risk his own team for no positive leads. "I can't believe I'm saying this but do we have the exact location for the Penguins." Classified . Eva became checking for the Penguins location but failed. "No sir. Their homing devices have been disabled." Eva explained. Classified was shocked. He didn't even know how that was possible. "But." Eva continued. "I do have their last known location." "What is it then." The wolf asked eagerly. "New York City sir. Central Park to be exact." Eva said, looking at her boss. "Well it's a start. Corporal, ready the jet. Looks like we're hunting for penguins."
